•Concept making, Planning, Developing & finalization of architectural drawing after required feasibility study along with implementing strategies or construction plans in timely manner.
•Design Architect for Several residential, commercial complex & landscape project.
2. July ‘2009 - January’ 2022: Senior Architect, Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, Motijheel, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
•Feasibility study, Financial Analysis for project implementation and investment
•Assessing the construction plans along with finalization of Infrastructure development strategy.
•architectural drawing , BOQ, Management and supervision works regarding interior decoration for opening the new branches
•Architectural design & BOQ to selecting contractor, supervision of implementation along with proper documentation (memo) for Purchase Committee.

Activities: Ensuring the actual benefit for landowner (Police Kallayan Trust) by
