The ideation phase to find ideas and develop them together. Via, among other things, the blueprint or the experience map – or user journey – the service provider and the people involved in the project, at all levels, will better define the services to be provided to the user. In co-creation workshops, artifacts and usage scenarios will facilitate understanding of the project and promote the exchange of ideas. It is a form of co-design of the service.
The prototyping phase to materialize the service and test it with the users/customers concerned (prototyping and modeling) This is when the concept takes shape before implementation.
