My name is Ayatullahi Bolaji, a professional design and project architect with a bachelors and masters degree in the same field. I will like to make myself available for a relevant vacancy at your distinguished firm. I am a Design and Build architect with full exposure to interior and exterior design solutions. Experienced in preparation of shop, construction and presentation drawings. Hands-on experience on Design compliance and Quality control, project planning and management, preparation and monitoring of B.O.Q compliance, health and safety control in line with universal design measures. My stronghold covers team leadership and organization, coordination of all stakeholders in line with time limit and professional specifications, process of approval drawings and compliance with building and governmental codes. I have also experience with residential and commercial designs, as well as restoration and redevelopment. Furthermore, I studied at the prestigious Cyprus International University, North Cyprus for both Degrees and completed with honors. My university days in Cyprus saw me cut my teeth in the real estate aspect of the business by partnering with major real estate companies in Nigeria, Turkey and Cyprus to bring quality home designs to our clients. Additionally, I am vast with all Office software, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and Rhino, as well primary knowledge in sketch up, 3ds Max, Revit, Corel Draw, Photoshop and other editing software. Also, I have over the years horned my presentation skills allowing for a perfect showcase of design solutions both in pictorial and animation format. With my NIA certification in view, I am also currently taking up a professional project and facility management diploma to enhance my skills.
