I am a civil /structure engineer,interior architect , workplace consultant, landscape designer ,cad designer ,and workplace consultant,who specializes in designing multi-functional and user centric architectural and structural spaces that realises and exceeds the clients vision,requirements and needs.Whether it is to transform a large spacious hotel lobby into a warm and inviting place that feels like he,or to assist designing the most optimal multi_funxtional floorplate designs for a large mixed use building .I believe the success of a design depends on how well the needs of the client and end users are interpreted.
Ihave always loved to be inventive and imaginative in the creation of something new,and to engage artistically during the creative process.
It isy passion to produce strong design communication packages through good sketching,illustrative storytelling,visualization,3d modelling and selecting exciting material finishes.This is what drives and excites me the most.
I am a meticulous and organised person that pays attention to detail,whether it is space planning a complex brief of areas,perfecting an intricate visual,or managing a detailed furniture and finishes schedule.
Throughout my work experience I have worked as part of interior designers and workplace consultants assisting and contributing on a variety of projects from large to small scale,ranging from office to laboratory,hotel ,retail,cultural and catering ,residential and highrise buildings.
My responsibilities included analysing and developing clients strategic design briefs and spatial programs,researching and analysing data for benchmarking purposes,3d modelling , sketching,and rendering visuals
I have also worked as a structural designer for buildings and civil projects and have done big projects accurately .
I am also an expert in costing and project management.
