Rein Michael Mendoza

I am Rein Michael Mendoza. 24 years old. A licensed architect. Outside of being an Architect, i am very outgoing. I play a lot of basketball and computer games.
I graduated bachelor of science in architecture in Saint Louis University Baguio City. I am currently taking my thesis dissertation for my Masters degree in environmental and habitat planning in the same University.
I am well versed in the design and construction industry. I have accumulated 5 years of hands-on experience in macro and micromanaging key responsibilities in the field. I have knowledge in overall design production, construction and project management.
I am not currently employed.
In my previous work experience, I have always had a mindset of problem mitigation when it comes to the AEC Industry. There was this instance that we needed to have 2 additional ready mixed concrete suppliers aside from our regular supplier ready for deployment in case extreme cases of conflict came about. Our procurement team had not crossed this out on their to do list so I took the initiative of contacting 2 more suppliers who gladly accepted the roles. I knew that this was something I could help out with since I was directly concerned with the procurement group although I was part of operations. It came to a point that our main supplier had problems with their equipment. Everyone from the operations group were rattled out since there was a scheduled concrete pouring that week. Little did they know that I've already set 2 more options on board. Thus, achieving our 60% mark on our project accomplishment. Same goes with design production. As i partake in any design problem, I lay out all possible factors that could cause future problems to a design, for it to be considered and mitigated with the proposed design.
I have experienced working from home especially in 2020 when COVID-19 was at its peak.
I would rate my productivity of working at home as 10. I have no difficulties in segregating my time for work despite being at home.
I am a pretty tight spender. I use 20% for my bills, expenses and needs, 80% for savings and investments
In my previous employment, I have handled multiple teams and subcontractors from different walks of life, cultures, and personalities. Collaborating and communicating with all of them efficiently is the key to a successful project. I believe that open communication between the team representatives and team leader is what backbones a successful organization.
I would rate my tech skills as 8. I am highly proficient with the current softwares i use however the remaining 2 points would go to constant learning and improvements of things i have yet to know about regarding these softwares
If ever I'm hired, the primary contribution to the team that I could say would be a performance driven by passion and a positive outlook towards the workplace. I am a lively worker and i see to it that I strive, learn and enjoy in everything that I do and encourage colleagues to push themselves a +1 everyday. As i strive to do for myself.
