We are going to build a house for ourselves in our village and I have the land area n all but I am confused how should be the design...I made a design but its very simple. The land area is 54x65 i.e 3510 sqft. Attached is my idea and the function rooms. One basement. One floor with two rooms and yard. Second floor has the all basic rooms for our house. I need three sides of walls without windows. You dont need to follow my ideas. Look forward to your quote and ideas.
