Hello, I have a project. It's included GROUND FLOOR PLAN, FIRST FLOOR PLAN | OFFICES, SECOND FLOOR | 2 APPARTMENTS / 3 BEDROOMS, THIRD FLOOR | 4 APPARTMENTS / 2 BEDROOMS, 4TH FLOOR | US BEDROOMS, 5TH FLOOR | OPEN SPACE FOR CEREMONY, ROOF TOP FLOOR PLAN | RESTAURANT， Attached is the architectural plan for information. My Requirements : 1. All room 3D Exterior + Interior design 2. Add one floor, change position of elevator, change 2D dispatchindg 3. All details (3D, Bill of Material, Bill of Quantity) for all : tiles, door, windows bathroom (sanitary,...), cabinet, kitchen, bedroom, closet, stair, wall, floor, elevator, etc... 4. Electrical, false ceilings, plumbing, elevations, sections, HVAC, etc... 5. Interior decoration and furnishing 6. All modern style 7. Its means all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) + ELV System (Extra-Low Voltage) Design Note : for 2D plan update dispatching, i need elevation in one side of building left or right i dont know because in the rooftop i need to have a one space landscape no a landscape split in two part like its now.
