Off grid/ DC supply only 5. Dedicated car park for each apartment 6. Perimeter fencing 7. Small gate house 8. Conduits system for all pipes including water, gas, sewage, and electricity pipes 9 lightning protection 10 proper earthing 11 good ventilation and lumination.. 12. Circuit covered surveillance cameras We would appreciate a design that will produce an APARTMENT WITH DETAILS.
