Design Description:
These two pieces of land are adjacent 920 m2 & 805 m2 both totaling 1 725 m2 at junction of two main roads not this high but same shape, no basement because the area is a wait zone it needs a special foundation and the foundation will need to be raised by one meter from the ground level and stairs to get in. Ground floor & mezzanine for the hardware business (ECOBUILD) and then 03 floors for a clinic I need architectural design for my apartment, In the beginning, I want to convert the apartment building into a four-star hotel, but the application was rejected by the government during the process of applying to the government for residential construction and commercial use as a hotel, Now I have no choice but to decorate the whole building according to Hotel apartments
