I also have a 18x25 ocean from in Peru. And I want to build 7 floors there I already did the calculations for the soil. Peru 7 floor is attic.6 floor is all mine. 5 divide it in 2 for my parents. 4,3,2 and 1 to sell it. For Peru because is ocean front I want the front building all glass for the ocean view. That should be fine but like is said I need to know some examples you did and how much it will cost me.
