Design Description:
Total land is 2,916,000 sq feet. for the hotel its 729000 sq ft total land 300 rooms hotel. It is planning stage but we have already purchased land. It is near birth place of buddha and international airport. I need resort design theme is agro and Buddhist culture with individual hut traditional village style Indian flavours total room is 300 including swimming pool outdoor playground good landscape. Restaurant, bar, wedding hall ,conference hall, gym etc.The room size or area of Suite rooms are between 70 m² to 100 m².The room size or area of Junior Suites are between 60 m² to 80 m². The room size or area of Presidential Suites are between 80 m² to 350 m². The room size or area of Serviced Apartments are between 96 m² to 250 m². The room size or area of Connecting rooms are between 30 m² to 50 m². The room size or area of Accessible Room Types are between 30 m² to 42 m². for the interior design we need floor plan layout, rendering, construction drawing and BOQ.
