Hello, I have a building with two floors, which was built in 1986 in Peru. Floors 1-2 are my restaurant. Now I want to build more 4 floors on it. Floors 3-4 will be rented out as offices. Floors 5-6 will be a loft, my family will live together here. There will be 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the 5th floor, the kitchen and living room on the 6th floor.
