The building was originally designed as a shopping mall, but we decide to use 1st and 2nd floor for shopping mall 3rd and 4th floor for Hotel 5th Floor for Food Court Pls make an interior deisgn for 3rd, 4th and 5th floors it will be tourists most of them are youth 18-35 Y We are also okay to build a swimming pool on the roof. so If you have any idea regarding the roof along with the pool please feel free to share that too. We have a helipad on the roof and we thought it will be a watch tower. 1. We are assuming 100 rooms in 2 floor. 2. Local Hotel with a 3 star standard.
