Total 1358SQF Land size 1st floor have parking for 2 car and half for rest one family ,2nd floor full and 3rd floor half want to make duplex for my living flat, 3 rd floor half rent and 4th-5th floor for rent double unit, roof top want to make garden. My living area is 2nd floor and 3rd floor half make duplex is 4-5 star level . Others all simple .. because it will be rent for living,All will be give rent to small family. 3rd floor will be 2 toilet , 3 bed room , front and back two small corridor, tv and dinning space and western kitchen and one pray room which will be join with my another side flat and new flat corridor 3rd floor is one master bed with attached bathroom and dress area and one corridor front and one heat area outside with one small library and piano area
