Hello, we're gonna build a 4 in 1 duplex for teachers housing in Papua New Guinea, The school owns the land, I am responsible for project management. There are 4 units with two floors in total, 2 units upstairs and 2 units downstairs. Per floor: 15 x 10 x 2 = 300 sq.m, Plus yard space is around 500 sq.m, so the building is 300 sq.m in total. Per unit has: 1 big room and 2 small rooms, total of 3 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We want to start the construction in Mid of 2023, economy decoration, could you design it for me?
