Design Description:
Hello, I'm gonna build my house in Belize, the area is 200 sq.m and I want to build two floors first. I like something that looks extra ordinary yet not too sophisticated and I prefer marble material, which will be easy to maintain clean and will also give an expensive look to the building itself. Ground floor: 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 guestroom with the bathroom ( Not too big but just comfortable ), a balcony, an office First Floor: 1 master room ( have a king size bed) with the bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. all rooms have the balcony. Could you please give any proposal to me? I want to add more rooms for my family, maybe there will be a study and a children care space and a snacks room. Please design a sketch for me.
