Design Description:
Hello, I have a existing house in PNG. It's 13.3 x 6.6m around. Top house is the existing I am living in now, I'll build the concrete columns from the bottom level up to build the middle house ( two floors ). So the floor area is 176 sq.m. I'm a power engineer utilizing my Autocad skills, so I drew a CAD floor plan for the middle house which is level two--Please check the attachment. I need a professional designer to get all measurements into standard architectural design and BOQ. Level 3: I'm living in now. Level 2: 1 master room with the bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 1 toilet and shower room, 1 laundry, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning room, 1 lounge room. Level 1: an office space for three work stations, a mini-bar, a lounge room, a bedroom with the bathroom( separate toilet design ) You can check more details from the attachment, I will attach some live pictures for your better understanding. We finalized the architectural detailed design with Exterior & Interior Design then you will forward me the quotation. The Bill of Quantities should be compliant to all relevant International Building Standards including Australia/New Zealand Standards with Certificates prior to any procurement arrangements. Include Factory Site Visit in the quotation for bank investment loan purposes.
