Hello, I am in a property business, I want architectural design for an apartment building in Solomon Islands. It's about 350-400 sq.m with 3 floors. Open concept, energy savings and green/brown/grey touch on interiors. There are two units on per floor: 1-bedroom unit and 2-bedroom unit. 1-bedroom unit: about 150 sq.m, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 open-plan kitchen, 1 living room, 1 balcony, 1 cloakroom 2-bedroom unit: about 200-250 sq.m, 1 bedroom, 1 master room with the bathroom, 1 bathroom, 1 open-plan kitchen, 1 living room, 1 balcony, 1 cloakroom All should be modern and exquisite decoration, all plumbing will be exposed and it's easy for maintenance. Could you please design it for me? Please share some cases.
