As a 5 star hotel it must concur with international rate. But the brand is for not belong to any international hotel brand. Each storey willl have 2300sqm. To design a hotel of 15th floor with 350 Rooms . It a 5Star hotel , underground parking space ,, international conference hall with sitting capacity of 500 to 2000 guest, the hall can be adjustable from 2000 to smaller size, it will be about 3 halls in all,the hotel will have laundry room, Gym center.,bar, Reception, night club .kitchen, the swimming pool will be on top of the hotel, it will have 3 governor suit of 2 room each and 1presidential suite of 4 rooms Look forward to your quote.
