Design Description:
Hello, I'm a developer in Samoa, now I'm gonna build an accommodation complex. The area is 1000 sq.m with 3 storeys. The land is 2800 sq.m. I think the level should be 2.5-3 star. I need an architect to draw the floor plan and renderings first. Its like a rectangle shaped building but the middle area is open and you can look down. Ground floor- Gym and exercise area, physio and medical rooms, showers, toilets, cold pools etc. First Floor- offices for staff, kitchen, toilets and bathrooms, Second Floor- Accomodation Floor, cafeteria, conference or kitchen,toilets, showers. We expect to have a few rooms to accommodate a whole team, at least 50 people. How much do you charge? I need your quotation first.
