Hello, I bought a old building in Belize and I want to renovate it, so I need interior design for the house. The design area is about 439 sq.m. The house has 2 floors, 45x44 feet, there is a parking garage next to the house, 32x24 feet. I'd like to turn that garage into one part of the house, maybe a gym or a cool spot. There is a creek next to my house that will have a nice view. I want modernism style and exquisite / luxury decoration.
Ground Floor: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 bathroom,
First Floor: 1 master room with the bathroom, 3 bedrooms with the bathroom.
