Need 531sqm architectural design for 3 storey building. Land size is not in Square shape. East - 54' 2" West - 27' North -31' South - 46' 2.5" We are not from any company but independent land lord. Our budget is not confirmed yet. Ground & 1st floor will be for commercial purpose and 2 & 3rd floor will be like 2BHK flats I need Indian style. Pls check the attached site plan and give us a quote.
