Design Description:
I am the architect for this project but also on behalf of the construction company. The project starts construction already. and will need an interior design in 10 months. I think we can discuss the interior design slowly. The apartment has 5 floors. The project will be used for renting. Each floor is about 209 sqm. Total is 1045sqm, with the ground floor as the parking area. The first to third-floor structure is the same. The fourth-floor structure is different. Pls check the attached floor plan and quote.
