Hello, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I am planning to build a commercial building, I deal with coffee and coffee machines. The scale is 1,000 sq.m. I want to build 2 floors. The building is maybe 8 meters high. All are modern look. About the function space on the ground floor: 1. Reception (with cash register available) 2. Exhibition hall--200 sq.m, demonstration of the coffee roasting process, various machines and processes 3. The customer's experience area, ( a bar counter, can directly enjoy coffee ) 4. Selling area, price of coffee beans, price of coffee machines etc. 5. Warehouse(easy to replenish goods, no need to go up and down), I need a service for the repair of the coffee machine in it. 6. Water closet for male and female First floor: 1. Administrative Office 2. VIP Negotiation Rooms 3. Meeting rooms 4. Water closet for male and female I will attach some designs I like and I want luxury decoration, please share some cases with me first.
