Hello, I live in Papua New Guinea and I'm about to build my residence, the architectural design is done. This house has 2 floors, the architectural scale is 437 sq.m. I want to optimize it and you can make suggestions for me, please. Including what's necessary and excluding what's not. The option is opened. This house will be destined for a high-altitude geographical location. As long as something that stands out and unique & modern in a village setting. Ground floor: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 fire sitting area, 1 visitors room, 1 kitchen, 1 minibar, 1 laundry room, 1 storage, 2 bathrooms, the entertainment area, 1 toilet. First floor: 4 bedrooms with the bathroom, 1 office, 1 storage room Make the best amended where you find necessary to appear more modern-day house.
