Hello, I come from Malaysia and I have a decoration company. Now I want to hire a part-time interior designer. Cuz we have many projects need designs. We will need 2D layout plan, ceiling layout plan, M&E layout plan, 3D rendering, elevation drawing and working drawing. There is an apartment, I want it to be a homestay, like an airbnb. The scale is 94 sq.m around. There are 2 + 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. I will attach the floor plan. I want simple decoration for this apartment. I want the designer to purchase & ship all materials for me all at once if it's possible.
