Hello, I live in Fiji and I'm planning to build a boutique hotel near the sea. I will attach the site plan. I want to use 800 sq.m ( 40m by 20m ) to build the hotel building, with 3 floors. Ground floor: a reception, a hotel lobby, 1 toilet for females and males, 5 guestrooms, a restaurant, and a swimming pool with slides like small waterpark. First floor: 10 seaview rooms and 13 garden view rooms, 1 laundry ( hotel linen ) Second floor: 10 seaview rooms and 13 garden view rooms, 1 laundry ( hotel linen ) Please give me your proposals, I need to know the costing.
