I have a 22500 SQM in total on my plot.I want to build a water plant, but I don't know how much land and area it will take. I need a designer to give me advice.Water bottle factory is the first we will start then each year we plan to expand to add one more warehouse project for new machinery adding new factory . But what is clear is that I hope to build an office building, each floor needs to occupy an area of 500sqm, 6 floors is better. For all main staff office building Mini kitchen / one big kitchen/ 2 small conference room / receiption small one / open pool space / small coffee place ( green Tea ) open pool area is very necessary, one board meeting room , 2 small conference rooms , mini kitchen, washrooms , store, files store ,interview room,general office,finance office Pls give me design and suggestion，Thank you so much
