Hello, I'm from Nepal and I'm planning to build a resort. It's 4-star to up level. I want the landscape design for my resort. The scale is around 3000 sq.m. There is a space for water park. I will attach the schematic plan for your reference. There will be 80 guestrooms totally. Each room will be 30 sq.m around. 1. service block: kitchen + laundry on GF, rooms on top. 2. main block ( west wing ): restaurant + bar on GF, rooms on top. 3. outside swimming pool 4. main block ( east wing ): Spa + gym on GF, rooms on top. 5. main block ( south wing ): rooms on all floors. 6. banquet block: banquet below, rooms on top. 7. service area, lawn area, water park Please draw a layout plan for me.
