Hello, I'm from PNG and I want to build a motel in my place. I want to build 2 floors, 10 rooms on each floor. So for each room, the scale is around 35 sq.m, or smaller ( need your proposal ). Each room: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony. I need a simple decoration.
