Design Description:
I want to build 60 townhouses in Ghana in a land of 16187.4592sqm. Now i need master plan and rendering to get more investors. it's a Gated Community. 15 units 4 bedrooms with 3 floors, each bedroom has a bathroom 10 units 5 bedrooms with 3 floors,each bedroom has a bathroom 20 units 3 bedroom with two floors,each bedroom has a bathroom 15 units 2 Bedrooms with two floors,each bedroom has a bathroom All should boys quarters and if possible a study area Each house must have it's bathroom, 1Kitchen, 1 Dinner room And there should be a guest washroom for halls pls check the attached site plan and rendering pictures ( This is how I want it to be). I need Ultra Luxury design, pls give me suggestion
