Design Description:
Hello, I'm from Botswana and I'm planning to build a resort in my place. There will be 1000 sq.m, 3 floors. I'm not sure of the quantity of guestrooms now, maybe 50-100, it depends on my financial situation. As for each guestroom, the scale is around 30-35 sq.m, there will be a balcony to look at the outside view. I need a layout plan and renderings to attract investors and partners first, please contact me if you can do.
