Hello, I'm from PNG. I'm planning to build a new house for my family use,one foor. There will be some public areas in it. My living house is near to it. The scale won't too big, 180 to 200 sq.m is enough to build, or you can give me the proposals.
A gym, a storeroom, a restaurant with a kitchen, a dining room and a cooler room, a salon, a fashionable tailoring shop, an outdoor swimming pool ( 50 sq.m around ).
