Architecture Schematic Design for 10500 ㎡ office ,G+6 floor. our is a new startup company ,620 employee as of now on one location, have 10 Department,like Finance Department, Technology Department, Sales Department,so Please help me calculate how many sqm office area and other functional space each department needs,the ground floor need the reception hall coffee bar, water bar,and restroom . and each floor at least 10 office ,include employee working areas,2 toilet, Staff open office area conference room meeting room small meeting room. and boss independent office in the top floor ,with rest rooms.
