Design Description:
Hello, I come from PNG and I'm planning to build an apartment building for rental, by using steel structures to build it. The scale is around 200 sq.m, with 3 floors. I will attach the design I like. The decoration should be luxurious, 4 star. This project will be rented for government offices and NGO's and Travers who travel in and out for Business activities in the District can rent for 3 weeks or more. The rent will be per night PGK250, per person. For the master bedroom, the rent will be PGK300 per night. Ground floor: 1 office , 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms First floor: 1 master bedroom with 1 bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms Second floor: same as 2nd floor, 1 master bedroom with 1 bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms Could you design a floor plan for me?
