I have land 40 by 60 ft,about 223square meters in Nairobi Kenya I want to build 1 building with 5 sections, 1 and 2 floor are shops,each floors 5 shops, each shop is 11 by 30sqft, hight is 3.5 meters , one shop about 31 sqm, 5 shops about 155sqm, The shop are next to each other, there is no road. 3-7 floors for office, 8th floor is about tank and how rain will fall and water enter to the tank 3-7 floors for office, offices on the same floor can interconnected Ground floor there is space about 68sqm for parking each shop need to include washrooms,Washreom 2 for ladies 2 for men urinol Shop make shutter door, need modern design,Stairs make 5ft length Need Simple decoration grade, pls give me suggestion
