I need architecture Schematic Design for 35000 ㎡ apartment building,There are 2800sqm land area,1000sqm is used to build apartment buildings, and the remaining 1800sqm is used to build greenery.The apartment building is modern and mainly has glass exterior walls. It needs 30-35 floors, 8units of 2 bedrooms per floor and pent house on top，and a green area of 1800sqm，There are 4-5 parking spaces for visitors on the ground, and 250 parking spaces in the underground parking lot on two floors.
