Hello, I come from PNG and I want to build a short-term apartment building. The scale is around 400 sq.m, with 2 floors. Maybe I will build it bigger, need proposals for it. I want to build 20 single apartments with 1 bedroom, 10 units of 2-bedroom apartments. All single apartments will be downstairs, each apartment is around 20 sq.m.
