Design Description:
I have land 12 000m² in Harare,Zimbabwe. I use 6000sqm to build a 2 floors project, each floor is 6000sqm. 1 building which will be a factory with a show room and some offices. The first floor should contain a car manufacturing factory and a show room, The show room must not be that big, Display maybe a max of 8 cars（pls check the attached picture as an example) Need a public rest area near the showroom the second floor must contain offices ,toilets,bathroom a kitchen the office on the second floor need to include the financial office, staff office, boss office, pantry, and negotiation room,etc pls give me suggestion
