Hello, I come from PNG and I'm planning to build a bungalow type of small house. The scale will be 50 sq.m. 1 bedroom with 1 shower room, 1 toilet, 1 small kitchen and a living room inside with a balcony. Downstairs is elevated. This is ideal for tourists, government officers and others who may want to spend a weekend out of the town. The surrounding area has an attraction of mangroves and a lagoon.
