Design Description:
Land area: 19012 square meters, construction area: 1790 square meters, I need it for the hotel, rooftop restaurant and bar, reception and lounge, and smaller dining room. It's 3 levels and the fourth level is the rooftop restaurant and bar. My project includes a small: Water park Ten Pin Bowling 6 lanes Outdoor adult rope adventure Small kids club (30 kids max) Rooftop restaurant Teen hangout zone. Reception area with casual seating 30 rooms 6 management accommodation 2 x 40' container treatment plant for sewage 1 x 20' container plant for grease treatment I am working fast because I want to start building in 3 months. I only decided to do this project 3 weeks ago. So don't have all plans completed yet. I already have 20 x 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Lounge and kitchen, but I am going to upgrade these and remove the kitchens.  I am building a small Hotel. 4 floors, 30 rooms, 1 restaurant, 1 general seating area, a beach club, restaurant and bar. I am looking for a one stop solution. I am located in Fiji.
