Design Description:
Hello, I come from PNG and I'm a director principal of a school. I'm planning to build a 3-level complex building, a learning center, Administrative offices and residential area right on the top floor. This centre is for 3 years old to 12 years old students in the kindergarten, preschool and middle. I'm looking for a professional designer to make a design for this project. My land is 70 x 100m, I will use 450 sq.m around to build this building. Ground floor: there will be 6 learning centers or classrooms for students, a staff tea room and sitting room for teachers, conference rooms, 3 toilets & 1 bathroom on each side. About 30 to 40 students in one learning center. First floor: 1. computer room can contain 10 students, X 3 2. Administrative offices can sit 5 people maximum, X 1 3. Principal's office will be for 3 people, X 1 4. Library will be enough for 50 students, a staff tea area and conference rooms Second floor: residential area for my family, 1 master bedroom with WIC and bathroom, 4 bedrooms for children, 2 bathrooms, 2 guest rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 balcony, 1 toilet
