Design Description:
Hello, I come from PNG and I'm planning to build a boutique hotel. The scale is 350 sq.m, with 2 floors. I will build 50 rooms totally, allowing for future extensions. 25 rooms on each floor, 10 double rooms and 15 single rooms. Scale: 3 x 3 m for each single room, 3 x 4.2 m for each double room. I will build a reception area, 1 lobby, 1 office, 1 restaurant area, 1 linen room, and 1 laundry room. Please design a floor plan for me.
