land 40 by 60 ft,about 223square meters I want to build 1 building with G+8th floor. Ground floor put a good light, 1st and 2nd floor are the same layout of shops,each floors 5 shops or more ,each shop is 11 by 30sqft, about 31 sqm, 5 shops about 155sqm, Washrooms to be on right side，The space of lift is the main door to enter the bulding each shop need to include washrooms,Washreom 2 for ladies 2 for men urinol Shop make shutter door, need modern design,Stairs make 5ft length stairs and elevator must included 3-7 floors for office, 8th floor is about tank and how rain will fall and water enter to the tank, each floor has washroom I need architecural design, pls give me suggestion
