Design Description:
Construction of shopping mall and meeting Halls, The bottom part is underground with two floor and the upper side is 3 storey metal structure with glass curtain shape is open book and have a helicopter landing pad at the top, The space for underground is 23x35m,The base for the upper structure is 10m then expanding upward the architect will decide, The plot is big but we want the big part to be underground to save ground space, The upper part should be glass and steel structure to allow natural light to go to the basement, At the top of the outer part we put a helipad for landing helicopters, The book shape building is the one will have shopping malls underground and meeting halls/classes at the outer building, pls quote and design for me, thanks
