Design Description:
The stand is in eye of Africa estate. It's 820 Square metres. It's stand number 2211. We are looking at a double storey house with 5 all ensuite bathrooms, or self contained staff room attached to the house with separate entrance. All doors should be sliding glass doors except for the entrance. Entrance can be normal or pivot. All bedrooms must have walk in closets. Kitchen, scullery, pantry. Covered entertainment patio with chimney and pizza oven and kitchenette. Living areas must have a fireplace in the middle. Swimming pool 1.6m deep. I want a shallow pool no deep end. Boma with fireplace in the middle.esport room for gaming, cinema room, study in the main bedroom only. Double volume entrance. Volume in the centre of the house. We must be able to see ground floor from first floor. Entertainment area on the first floor with a sitting area, mini golf/putt putt and darts. 3bed on the first floor, 2 beds ground floor one on either side of the house with door sliding out to the pool area. 4 garages with storage space and a space for a golf cart.stair case similar to this not a side one. And a two persons lift Pls give me some design ,thank you .
