3 star hotel with 33 ensuite rooms with balconies, 5 family rooms (with attached 3 bedrooms) and 4 Presidential rooms which will be 2 storeys (with 2 attached ensuite bedrooms) top of the roof wedding garden, park, floating restaurant, conference rooms, theatre, cinema with a shopping mall, office complex and 10 serviced apartments and underground carpark for 400 vehicles.
