First floor (for rent)= rental units of 21sqm. one living room and one bedroom, one kitchen ,one bathroom.open plan bachelor's pad. (Ground floor on stills to accommodate swelling river.) Second floor (for sell)= first time home buyers for 42sqm two bedrooms open plan units. (The footprint of the two bachelor pads will be the base for our buyers two bedroom apartment.) Top floor for office park to attract government or penthouse air b&b development. (the upper floor should portray some opulence for office park or penthouse) Pls give me some design ,thank you.
