Design Description:
We are looking for appartement designs for residential. Nothing really fancy. Something correct and functional. I am writing to you from Senegal. I am part of a team of 24 colleagues trying to achieve apartment for our families , 7 floors . We have already bought the land. We hired a small company to help us conduct the project and choose a building company to build this building... All is going well and we even got from local administration authorization to build and we all agreed on the plan I attached. We also have several banks that are ready to fund the building for us and we will reimburse slowly. The issue is that the building companies we are talking to are giving it out of budget prices. We are kind of stuck and I have the idea to talk to a Chinese company to see if we could get a good offer. How does it sound to you? Is this something you could do? Are you interested in working with me on this and maybe for other projects in the future? Thank you in advance. PS: I have not yet talked to my colleagues about this. If it is doable, maybe we need to have an offer quickly with plans, images, videos, details of what is offered, prices and termination delays so i could present it to the group to get their approval and quickly finalize it. PS2: I was not able to get the Autocad plans but I am hoping you may do from these images. I am not sure the company we hired to help us conduct the project will give them to me as they want to work with specific building companies that we can't afford.
