Design Description:
I need the Architecture Schematic Design for the cultural center ,the land is 1337sqm ,need 3 floors,An open reading space library, themed exhibition showroom, multi-functional theater and lecture hall, an office, and a coffee-shop,parking lot . but all have to fitted in the form of a sailing tradition boat - because the centre is meant to revive, restore, and promote the East Africa costal "swahili" culture which basically revolves around fishing and other sea-based activities. Also, it has to be energy efficient, waste water recycling, solar powered mostly, allowing in enough sunlight, withstanding tropical coastal weather, and more such features. Pls give me some design ,thank you.
